  • How fast do you run?

    We generally run around 5:30-6:00 minutes per KM. There are many regroup points along the way and a water stop too. No-one is left behind and we always have someone running at the back of the pack.

    There are plenty of groups in Melbourne that you can push the pace with, Ate Miles is not one of them. Reach out if you'd like suggestions!

  • When do you run?

    We meet fortnightly at MAAP LaB in Collingwood. 7am on Wednesday. Check our Instagram for our next run!

  • Is there a bag drop?

    MAAP LaB will be open and staffed so that you can drop any belongings and bikes while we run. Please arrive before 7am to allow time to drop your belongings.
